Processing & Shipping Time:
All U.S. orders take 1-7 business days (business days are Monday-Friday) to process. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order and up to 24 hrs for your tracking link to update. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays (unless an exception was made).

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Packages are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service), so Made by Vicky Cosmetics does not have control over it once USPS has received your package. If your order has not arrived within our Processing and Shipping Time we suggest you contact USPS and file a claim.
Lipgloss Ingredients:
All lipglosses are vegan. All of our glosses contain 6 organic oils (jojoba oil, vitamin e , grape seed oil, castor oil, and fractionated coconut oil),and a vegan preservative (Hydrogenated Polyisobutene) to keep your lips smooth and nourished. Our gloss base (versagel) is also vegan, and each gloss has a different flavoring oil added.
